Excellent service, cleanliness and hygiene are top marks. The meal does not have beef, only chicken, the soy protein is very well prepared. There is a lot of salad, the gnocchi and the esfirrinhas are amazing. Unbeatable price. Restaurant is top marks.

The food is fantastic and well seasoned. An excellent option for those who don't eat meat, although there is meat that can be ordered separately.

A very pleasant place, easy to get to and with delicious, light meals at a fair price! It's definitely worth it. It has the option of taking out and eating on site, one of the few places in the city geared towards vegetarians/vegans.I plan on coming back again!

The most traditional vegetarian restaurant in the city, I've been going there for over 18 years, always serving simple and tasty food with all-you-can-eat self-service with a variety of vegetarian options, including juice, and a chicken side dish for non-vegetarians.The only caveat is that they don't accept cards, so for those who aren't used to it, it could catch someone off guard. Other than that, I recommend it! UPDATE: Opção Natural has been accepting cards for some time now!

It's a good place. However, on the day I went, there were few supplies. I was unlucky. It gets the stars for the overall performance of the other times I went. If I were to evaluate it based solely on the last time, perhaps the rating would be lower.
